Michelle leads, develops, and implements communications strategies to raise awareness and engage audiences with the work of National Down Syndrome Society. Earlier in her career, Michelle built strong relationships within the Down syndrome community as manager of the New York City Buddy Walk® and the National Buddy Walk® Program. In her current role she manages NDSS’ communications team, overseeing the website, social media, email marketing, media, and branding. Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and political science from Syracuse University and a certificate in digital marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute and American Marketing Association.

Queade Norah is an accomplished vocalist, educator, and performing-arts entrepreneur dedicated to helping artists develop authentic, sustainable voices. She is the founder of The Vocal Legacy, a Philadelphia-based studio that offers individualized vocal training grounded in artistry, technical excellence, and cultural inclusivity.
With more than a decade of teaching experience, Queade brings a holistic and affirming approach to voice education, empowering students of all backgrounds, identities, and abilities to find confidence in their sound and storytelling. She also serves as an adjunct professor at Howard University and sits on the board of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS).
Queade earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Business and Management and her Master’s degree in Global Entertainment and Music Business. A performer and mentor with a global perspective, she continues to inspire the next generation of artists to use their voices—literally and figuratively—to make an impact

Mia Rodriguez is a gifted vocalist and passionate advocate for inclusion in the performing arts. A student with Down syndrome, she has been recognized internationally through CoorDown’s “No Decision Without Us” campaign and is known for her expressive performances at school, church, and community events.
Combining artistry with advocacy, Mia uses her voice to promote visibility, confidence, and belonging for performers of all abilities, embodying the power of representation and the joy of creative expression

Dan Clay is the Theatre and Dance Department Chair and upper school drama teacher at The Episcopal Academy in Newtown Square, PA, where he leads students through ambitious stage productions, directs the school’s main theatrical programs, and mentors students both in performance and in creative leadership.
In addition to teaching, Dan is a working actor and passionate practitioner of theatre — integrating classical and contemporary methods to guide student artists in building confidence, collaboration, and expressive storytelling.
His commitment to educational excellence and student growth has been recognized through institutional honors, where he is celebrated as an advisor, advocate for the arts, and mentor to colleagues and students alike
